There's a beach in West Seattle,
Where the mountains
Rise above the ocean.
I'm remembering the message of the place now,
As I watch my little girl,
Resting and wrestling with this crazy variant.
The lesson blows into my mind;
God's kindnesses are obvious,
His judgements, unfathomable.
